[ShopeePay] How do I pay at ShopeePay Merchants?

You can pay at ShopeePay merchants via the following methods:

Scan the ShopeePay merchant's QR code | Open scanner via the entry points below: (a) Shopee App homepage QR code scanner (b) Scan on ShopeePay page
After you have scanned merchant’s QR code, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Enter the Payment Amount and Description (optional) Step 2: Click on Next Step 3: Click on Pay Now Step 4: Enter your ShopeePay PIN Step 5: Click OK |
Get ShopeePay Merchants to scan your QR code from “Pay” on the ShopeePay page | Open “Pay” feature via the entry points below:
Allow merchant to scan your QR by following the steps below: Step 1: Enter your ShopeePay PIN to display your Payment Code Step 2: Select Wallet Balance to pay with Step 3: Allow merchant to scan your QR

- Using digital wallet apps other than DuitNow QR to scan ShopeePay merchant QR codes is currently not supported.
- If your ShopeePay balance is insufficient for the payment, you will be prompted to top up your balance. Alternatively, you can ask the ShopeePay merchant if they can accept partial payments made manually between ShopeePay and another payment method.
- You can use your Coins to pay for any DuitNow QR payment, up to 100% of the total amount, or capped at 3,000 Coins.
You'll receive a notification in your Wallet Updates folder once payment is successful.
Troubleshooting ShopeePay issues in-store
If your ShopeePay balance gets deducted more than once during payment, you should request for a refund from the merchant. Kindly contact us via the channels at the bottom of the page if the merchant is unable to do so.
